Metal tuning rings are available from DEG Music Products, Inc.
Box 968.Lake Geneva, WI 53147. This is the company that manufactures
the AccuBore clarinet Tuning Barrel. They appear to be well made
and come in three thicknesses. As far as the ring for the middle joint
the only one I have ever come across was custom manufactured by a
repairman in Madison, WI. Dan's suggestion would seem to be good-
I do not think you will find any commercial ones. Hope that helps.
