Subj: tuning rings

I am interested in finding a source for well-made tuning rings
for both ends of the upper joint. The ones I have seen for the
upper tenon (barrel to upper joint) are badly done, and I have
never found any to fit between the upper and lower joint. Any
information will be appreciated. Thanks.
