Gordon Jacob's Five Pieces for solo clarinet is availble through Oxford
University Press. I ordered my copy from Ebel Music about one year ago.
Now, I don't know if this is the same piece as Jacob's Five
SHORT Pieces for UNACCOMPANIED CLARINET, I'm assuming it is. I hope this
helps. I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with the Harvey.
