Is this Vivaldi that you're talking about? My local music store
(Bronstein in South SF) has been demoing it, but I haven't yet had
the chance to try it out. From what I've heard from others, it's
fairly impressive-- it follows the tempo you set and your rubatos as
you play. It also isn't cheap at around $2K. If you do want to try
it out and you're in or about the Bay Area, Bronstein's is very
very good about letting you have a test drive with no obligation or
hard-core sales pitch (and besides, you can check out their nifty
bass clarinet neckties).
