Dan Leeson asks if the Neidich Mozart recording being discussed was played on
an "original" instrument. No, it was played on a modern clarinet with
extended range (manufactured by Leblanc, I believe). It uses modern standard
fingerings, with the exception, of course, of the extra third at the bottom
of the instrument.
