In answer to the enquires about opera transcriptions, I shall be happy
to deal with on all aspects of clarinet repertoire on CD, LP and from the
earliest times, and whether specific works have been recorded and by
whom, if not too numerous. In the event of a delay in my response I
should explain that I do not have this information immediately to hand at
work, where by PC in situated.

I will produce a resume on wind octet transcriptions of operas on
September 27th.
