A preliminary comment - you'll get more and better - I used to have the same
problem with the "A" in particular. It's likely to be to be a sign that there
is something wrong with your embouchure, but it may well go away with a
different reed. The only (though disappointingly vague) solution, I think, is
to practice slight variations of mouth cavity, etc., until you can't hear the
subtone when slurring to and from these notes; then try to keep that mouth
formation when you attack them. SOme more teacherly person will no doubt have
more definite things to say on this.
