Tom Ridenour's book is an excellent source for altissimo fingerings.

I have also written a book ("The Clarinet of the Twenty-First Century") that
describes 213 alternate fingerings (by intonation tendencies, timbre,
articulation possibilities, and dynamic range), in addition to 478 microtones
