Over the weekend I got email from a "Scott Glasrud exd 0196" that was
titled "Proposed State and Federal Regulations on the INTERNET" that
consisted of 214236 bytes of garbage. This afternoon I got the same
crap back from another person who quite properly asked "What in hell is
this all about?" as if I had forwarded it to him. Let me be on record I
am not the one responsible for this garbage and if someone would tell
me how to screw up this cretin's so-called life I wish you'd let me
know. IT ISN'T ME SENDING THIS STUFF OUT!!!!!! John
