A great set of books to have for this purpose is _The Orchestral Clarinet_,
vol's 1-3, by Kalman Bloch. He goes through the most important passages in
the standard orchestral repertoire with detailed instructions on how to play
and interpret them. The first volume, I think, is the one that covers the
most problematic passages. The other two cover the rest. I don't have the
list of contents with me now, but if you e-mail me privately, I can find
them and send them to you.
