I am a Finale user myself, but have several colleagues who swear by
Nightingale. This software is, apparently, much easier to use and runs much
faster. It is a full-featured software package which should do all that you
seem to require. Still, Finale certainly has some capabilities which simply
are not to be found elsewhere.
