Of course, I completely agree.

I should have mentioned it in my original post: I haven't found a library
around here that offers more than the most common clarinet music.
Just moved here, so there is still hope ...

By the way, I haven't seen a single German library that let's you play the
records right there. When I was at Syracuse University, NY, I did enjoy
the library's collection of records (and record players) and sheet music,
but even there the collection included only about 1/5 of the material in
Brymer's list.

Definitely. Nevertheless I think verbal comments may serve as a good starting
point, and sometimes I am just curious about what others like.
