The most in tune and best sounding high F# is fingered like a Bb above the
staff plus the E flat key (as follows):

7A is the bottom side key, and 4 is the E-flat/A-flat key.

It is less sharp than the long F# and much darker sounding (NOTE: I use the
term "darker" here only on a relative basis! Meaning it has less energy in
the high partials than the full F#.)
