Peanuts Hucko resides in Southern California (his address is listed as
Sherman Oaks, a suburb of L.A.,) and may also have a home in the Palm
Springs-Palm Desert area. He is still active, and sometimes leads his own
big band, with the Benny Goodman instrumentation and library.

Probably the most famous of Glenn Miller's clarinetists was Wilbur (Willie)
Schwartz, who was the original lead clarinet player with the band, made
numerous recordings, and later went on to a successful studio career in Los
Angeles. He passed away about three years ago, and is sorely missed.
