Oh good, sometime I think that we change with out notice. We think of
ourselves as we were years ago. In my case, I think I am a bad sight reader.
When I was a teenager I was, but I have been told in the last few years that I
am very good at reading. Give the Hindemith a few hearings before you judge it.
I like the 1st and 3rd mvmts the best.

I should tell you something about myself I am a graduate student (music
performance) at the University of Oregon. I am an older student 34. I lived 3
years in Stuttgard and Heidelberg. I play clarinet and sax. Of all the kinds
of playing I like chamber music the best. When I lived in Stuttgard I played
once for bergermeister Rommel. With a string Qu from Tuebingen, We played the
Mozart and Brahms Quintets. That was one of the best things I have ever done in

my life as a musician.

What are you doing in music? What Klarinet do you play?

best wishes

Lou Polcari
