Practicing long tones up to those notes would help. Starting with a note that
you can comforably play with good tone and pitch. Then just think about how
you connect those notes. Finally when you get to the E, feel what it is like
to play that note. Just like you did with the notes before. Sort of applying
the same principals to the that note. Get the fear of the note out of your
head. Same with F#.
