The GBTC transcription which I highly recommend to those of you with
access to a good music or periodical library is Roger Janotta's 1977
transcription of Dolphy's September 8, 1961 performance in Copenhagen.

This transcription was published in the journal JAZZFORSCHUNG

Jannotta, Roger. God Bless the Child: An Analysis of an Unaccompanied
Bass Clarinet Solo by Eric Dolphy. Jazzforschung, Vol. 9 (1977):
37-48.

There is another transcription in Raymond Horrick's Dolphy book, but the
manuscript is poor and already having the Janotta, I didn't look at it
for too long.

Horricks, Raymond. The Importance of Being Eric Dolphy. Jazz
Avant-garde Series. Turnbridge Wells: Costello, 1989.

For those of you on the list who are utterly in the dark on this discussion
treat yourselves by purchasing the recording of the solo under
discussion. and you too will love jazz bass clarinet.

Dolphy, Eric. Eric Dolphy in Europe, Volume 1. Recorded in Copenhagen,
Denmark on September 8, 1961.Compact Disc OJCCD-413-2 (P-7304).
