Does anyone know how to reach Mr. Erland von Koch?

I am in the process of recording his Monolog 3 (1975) for a new CD release
next month, and I need to find out more information about the piece for my
program notes. Most importantly, however, I need to know if anyone has
ever recorded it before.

The publisher is AB Carl Gehrmans Musikforlag, Stockholm.

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated!
