Brad Wong's information is correct. To reiterate with some more information:

The 1996 I.C.A. ClarinetFest will be held at Cite Universitaite in Paris,
France, July 3-7, 1996. The ClarinetFest will be hosted/coordinated by
Monsieur Guy Deplus and Michel Gizard of the Paris Clarinet Quartet. More
information will appear in the next issue of "The Clarinet" (ICA Journal)
Vol. 23, No.1, November/December.

For those wishing to perform at ClarinetFest '96, please contact Michel
Gizard.
