This is Chester Rowell, high school at Interlochen in 1962! I joined the
computer world recently, lurk around this mail sight on occasion. I assume
you are still Principal on Memphis and teach at the University? I am the band
director, and teach clarinet at a large junior college in Houston, and play
second clarinet in the Houston Ballet Orchestra, and am the lead reed player
for a large regional theatre company here. I married a violinist from
Interlochen, Sally Schroeder, and we have a married daughter Tracy , who is
Assistant Principal Bass in the National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa. We
also have a ten year old girl, Tiffany. I followed your early career while
your sister Silvia was at Eastman with me. Drop me a line when you have a
