The sticking is caused by oxidation (green goo) occuring on the surface of
the tone hole. You can clean it by pinching a piece of paper between the
tone hole and the pad and pulling the paper out. If you want to clean more
thoroughly, take the key off and use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. In any
case, the goo will return in time. Give your G# key a slight advantage by
increasing the spring tension to open it. Just make sure it's not so much
that the closing spring doesn't give it a good seal.
