Murray plays a Berg Larson on his tenor, so there seems little cause for
confusion. I have read about his use of a LInk in more than one place.
He is an incredible bass clarinet player, as his recent Ballads for Bass
Clarinet demonstrates! I would also recomend Louis Sclavis and Gianluigi
Trovesi, along with Marty Erlich and a variety of others who now
regularly play the instrument, There is a rare record of Art Blakey and
the Jazz Messengers with Buddy de Franco valiantly puffing on the bigger
horn!
