I use a small cushion pad on the top of my mouthpiece, inexpensive
through most music stores, cost about US $0.50. I have had some root
canals done on my front teeth and this helps keep the vibration down,
and decreases pain :-)

I sometimes have trouble pressing my bottem teeth into my lip to the
point sometimes i feel they are about to cut through to the outside of
my face. I will try this idea of denture cushion, i never thought of
anything like that. Thank You.
