Well, I have been reading negotiations for the sale of clarinets; bids and
replies, that sort of thing. My own opinion is that this stuff should be
dealt with on private e-mail, rather than for all 350 of us on Klarinet to
have to deal with.

To be clear, I am very much in favor of the posting of clarinets, and
accessories, for sale on our list. I think this is one the list's best
features. I only object to having to share in what should be private
negotiations about price, details of shipping, and all that.
