Hello and welcome to the list! I taught beginners for several years and found
the Larry Combs LC1 mouthpiece to work very well. It will help you to produce
a big, focused sound and should be easy for you to play on. You didn't ask, but
I'd also recommend Vandoren Traditional #3 reeds.
