Go to the North End (Italian section) for dinner. It's right near the
Boston Garden (lots of parking and a relatively safe area) where I-93
meets up with the traffic coming from the airport. In addition to
many good restaurants (there are a few touristy ones, so I always go
into one that has lots of local-looking families in it :) visit Joe
Pace & Sons market, just to your right after you come out of the
tunnel from the airport. His shop been featured on at least a few PBS
cooking series.
