What an interesting instrumentation. You actually may be in luck, though.
You can pick up the German Band Stuff (ie: Trumpet, 2 Bb Clarinets,
Trombone, & Tuba-standard instrumentation), 2nd Trumpet plays 2nd Clar
part, and Horn reads Trombone pt as Horn in C. Yes?
