The big difference in BME and BSinEd here are:

-Five semesters of lit/history instead of three

-Music major and music minor instead of music major and outside minor
(ex: Instrumental major, choral minor or Instr major and biology minor)

-Cooler graduation colour

But you can teach the same things, er, kids pretty much.
