I thought of one more thing about daily practice! It kind of also
depends on HOW you practice (IMO)! You see, depending on what I'm
working on, sometimes time-wise I find that it's more practicalefficient
to have several lengthy practice sessions than shorter ones more often.
You see, I'm rather obsessive-compulsive, and I can't stand to only be
able to practice for 10-30 minutes instead of an hour to three hours
(I've only done that 3 hours once, like, 2 years ago). I tend to
accomplish more because when I play a piece repeatedly, I notice little
things more. When I only practice it a couple of times in one session, I
don't notice as much. This is more relevant during the school year
because I have to leave time for homework, which, in eigth grade, tends to
be more important, since your mind will be there forever, and what if you
loose a finger, or break your wrists so severly and...Oh, well, you get
my point (I think, I hope)!
