Try this out: Record her playing a piece of music that she enjoys and can play
as perfect as she can. Now don't have her play it for about a month. Then
record her again and listen to the two recordings and see if you can distinguish
the two differences. I remember in high school this trumpet player always
came to talk to us about practicing. It was the same speech year after year.
She always said that if she didn't practice one day then she' d have to practice
twice as long the next day. So if she skipped a week of not practicing then she
would have to make up that week the next day she practiced. I disagree. YOU
CANNOT MAKE UP LOST TIME. Well, that is my opinion. Good luck.
