I take it you mean the 5JB. In my mouthpiece selection trial, 5JB was
the winner, B45 the runner-up. While normally a classical musician
(keyboard), I play clarinet in a Balkan/Middle-Eastern band. The 5JB let
me do pitch-bending and quarter-tones more easily and has a big, rich
tone. The B45 was elegant, but seemed a little uncomfortable producing
the less "civilized" effects I mention above ("Please! I'm NOT that kind
of a mouthpiece!").
