Interesting how many different responses can be provided to what seem,
basic questions! A previous poster states that "the top teeth should
be in front of the bottom teeth." This is exactly the opposite to advice
I have received in that the bottom jaw should be pulled forward and downward,
so that the bottom teeth are in FRONT of the top teeth! I suspect that this
is similar to advice on tongue position where different people have different
advice depending upon anatomy, personal experience and preference.
