Thanks Floyd (is this your wife's account?). Your comments added to those
of Neil, Mike and Alan give me some specific, applicable direction along
with enough leeway to fit to my own anatomy and experience. I feel like
I can move in a positive direction without getting overly obsessive
or developing new bad habits! This forum is fantastic! Thanks to all.
