Chad and all,

I play on a Bay M-O-M and love it. It did take some time getting used to
because the tip is more open than many of the moutpieces that I believe
are being used as a standard in the public schools. I also had problems
with direct purchase (I chipped my other one which I believe calls for
execution on this board). I went to the Woodwind and Brasswind. Not the
smartest move BUT I did find one I liked after several trial shippments.
I see that they went up $50 dollars in the most recent catalog.

Here is a related question for the list. I use a relatively open tip but
I use a strong reed. This kind of goes against the grain so to speak.
Does anyone else do this?
