I have a friend who is shopping for a new clarinet and is looking at both
the Leblanc "Concerto" and a Buffet model called the "Festival". None of
my catalogs from The Woodwind, International Music Suppliers, Muncy Woodwinds
or Albert Alphin have any information on this model. Can anyone with any
knowledge about the "Festival" fill me in? Thanks.
