If you need a place to park it, you can use my WEB server.
http://www.c3i.wsoc.com
Its for commercial purposes, but we've got lots of room & would like to do some
'public service' stuff. I've been trying to think of things that would be of
use to the readers of this list & other woodwinds.
Trying to squeak out the double-high-A on a picc recently reminded me that I'd
lost a highly useful piccolo fingering chart from a flute magazine. It
might be interesting to collect a set of fingering charts online. Unpublished
composers could put scanned music on the server and they'd at least get some
exposure and generate comments. There must be lots of interesting & useful
things that we could do on the WEB to benefit woodwind players.
Ideas?

Subject: The Musician Jokes WWW Page
On a lighter note, check out my new World Wide Web page of musician jokes.
It is the largest such anthology that I know of--17 pages and constantly
growing. Yes, some of the jokes are lame, but others are terrific. The
address is:
http://k12.ucs.umass.edu/user/crohrs/crohrs.html
Leave me a note to tell me how you like it or to give me new jokes.
I may have to take down this page when I leave for Interlochen Arts Camp in
late June, but I will probably set it up again at college next year.
