I recently (like a month ago) bought a new Buffet A R-13 from
International Music Suppliers in Mount Prospect, IL for around $1650. I
have to say (and Bill Brannen agrees) I got a great sounding instrument!
The president of the company is a clarinet player and she can pick some
great horns for you. Incidentally, I also bought my Bb there about 5
