In addition to the excellent references suggested by several
Klarinet correspondents, you might also consider "A Short Lecture on the
Clarinet" by William Bolcom.

A manuscript to this droll demonstration/lecture is distributed
by Edward B. Marks Music Corp of New York. There is also a commercial
tape of the lecture by John Mohler distributed by Roncorp of New Jersey.
