I have heard that there is more difference between the A and Bb clarinets
than just the dimensions of the instrument. That is, that the A is not
just a Bb clarinet on which all the dimensions have been increased be
the same percentage.

Does anyone know if there are other differences, perhaps in the shape of
the bore? Any input appreciated.
