Chuck,

The edition that I have for the Op. 5 Concerto of Crusell is the Universal
Clarinet Edition. I believe that it was published in 1991. This edition
for clarinet and piano is edited by Pamela Weston. There is a number on this
edition, as if it is important (Universal Edition UE 19 084).

It's my favorite edition of this work, mostly because the copy was given to
me by Pamela Weston. To the best of my knowledge, the edition is very
thoroughly reseached as are all of her publications.
