Try the books by Oskar Kroll, F. Geoffrey Rendell, and Jack Brymer all
entitled _The_Clarinet_. You may also want to look up the score of a
concerto by Johann Melchior Molter [sp?], which some have said to be the
first concerto for the instrument.
