Benny Goodman commissioned several clarinet concertos, the most famous
one being the Copland. Supposedly he commissioned concertos from Bela
Bartok and Paul Hindemith. Have these ever been recorded, would someone
act as music critic and tell us something about these works and
recommend a CD? John
