There are many works for solo clarinet, and I recommend following works,

Composer Publisher
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yuasa, Joji Clarinet Solitude (Schott Japan)
Fujiie, Keiko 3 pieces for clarinet (Zen-on music)
Oguri, Katsumi Improvisation (Not published)
Yoshikawa, Kazuo "Bird" is free. (Not published)

Yuasa's is very famous in Japan, and I think this one of the best Japanese
composer's work for solo clarinet. but it's very difficult to play -- very
high notes, mulitiphonics, multiphonic-trills.

Unfortunately, No recordings of these works available.(except private
recording)
And Oguri's and Yshikawa's are not published. but I can contact the composers,
so, If you interested in, I'll contact them to send you a copy of music.

And chamber work(woodwind quintet) which I recommend is

Hirao, Kishio woodwind quintet Zenon music

I am not sure about recording of this works.

Hope this helps.
