I have an old Martin Freres clarinet, which I picked up at an auction.
Also, I have a Martin Freres catalog, from about 1960. There are eight models
of soprano clarinet listed. Some of them come in A and E-flat, as well as
B-flat. Strangely, the two most expensive models are listed only in B-flat!
There are also an alto and a bass clarinet, two oboe models, and a flute.
No mention of saxophones. The USA address is given as 5 Union Square,
