I am looking for a Graduate Assistant in Clarinet at Portland State
University for 1995-96. We offer two general Masters degrees which
are flexible and the student may emphasize performance, music
education, conducting among other options. The teaching
assistantship would include tuition remission and a stipend of about
$2500 for the academic year. Duties would include working with
undergraduate clarinet students and assisting or teaching one other
class. The Department of Music has about 200 music majors and is
fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.
