Several collections of music for four clarinets come to mind. Some can
be played with 3 Bbs and a bass clarinet. Besides the Owen's "Chamber
Music" consider the following:

Lyle Merrian's "Clarinet Quartet Album: Eight Baroque and Classic
Concert Works" published by Cundy-Bettony c 1967;

Himie Voxman's "Ensemble Classics for Clarinet Quartet" published by
Rubank, very easy!;

Yvonne Desportes' "French Suite for Four Bb Clarinets": Prelude,
Sarabande, Gavotte, Menuet, Bouree, Gigue. Southern Music (San Antonio)
publisher. more difficult!;

One of my favorites is: John Neufeld's transcription and arrangement of
W.A. Mozart's "Serenade in Bb Major for Four Clarinets in Bb". This work
is edited by Mitchell Lurie and published by Western International
Music, Inc. Los Angeles, CA.;

Michel Yost's "Rondo" for 3 Bbs and Bass clarinet is published by
Billaudot, paris;

Friedrich Kuhlau's "Largetto" for 3 Bbs and bass clarinet is also
published by Billaudot;

Finally, I would also suggest some clarinet trios that you could use
with one part doubled. A couple of good ones come to mind: Handel's
"Overture in C" arranged by Sidney Lawton is published by Oxford
University Press/London;

another is Robert Starer's "Serenade" for three clarinets and published
by Southern Music. Hope this helps!
