Roll up your plastic and glue in shape suited for bell. When glue dries,
smear a thin film of Silastic (I think this is a brand name, it's a
silicon sealant that dries to firm clear rubber.) over the outside of
your plastic cone, about the thickness of honey on toast. When it dries
it will be rubbery and grip nicely to the inside of your clari. If you
can find silastic in a spray can, that would be even better, but I don't
know if it is available. This works for trumpet mutes which don't stay put.
