Wonderful material you listed, but I would like to suggest that you
have ignored the most importance source of all, the autograph of
the concerto. It is in the Library of Congress. While one of the
sources you mentioned might, in turn, mention it, or make reference to
it, you should get a copy of your own. I have one. It is around the
house somewhere, but I can never find it. I doubt if it will cost
you $10 to get a xerox copy of it.
