Check out the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City for types of
clarinets. The display room called History of Musical Instruments
has walls of clarinets plus a couple of tables full of every type and
variation of clarinet existing. Thoroughly amazing -- perhaps they sell a CD
Rom version? They have guided tours on tape so perhaps they have some kind of
audio/visual aide for the public. I know they put out a pamphlet with the
display. Better idea -- just go! (But avoid Central Park in the dark!)
