The discussion about Jimmy Guiffre prompts me to ask if anyone
knows if a recordings by JG of two of his compositions for clarinet and
string orchestra (one is entitled "Mobiles") is still available. I think
it was originally issued by Verve records. I have a scratchy old LP of
this album and would love to get a CD re-issue, if one is available. The
recording was made with a German orchestra.
